"Moulin Rouge"....Dense very moist torted Belgian chocolate mud cake (OTC Signature recipe)

"Trocadero"....Moist fruit cake with pistachios & apricots

"Notre Dame"....Ultimate luxury Highland recipe moist fruit cake drenched with choice of spirits

"Versailles"....Fresh moist torted lemon or orange sponge

"Blanche"....Pure moist Madagascan vanilla torted madeira sponge

"Pigalle"... Amazing moist carrot and pecan/walnut cake with orange and mascarpone topping

Sponge cakes can be filled and covered with any of the following: Belgian plain/milk/white chocolate truffle ganache (or a sweet whipped version) or a conserve of your choice with fresh buttercream.  Fruit cakes are covered with neutral coloured high almond content marzipan.

Labour: One week from oven to finished piece is the absolute minimum. Some cakes take months of preparatory artwork especially floral/complex/figurine cakes. The above are start prices only and will fluctuate according to the level of detail required on your cake.

Artistic License Disclaimer:   Due to the nature of unstable edible media used for cake design, I reserve the right to amend an order - structurally or aesthetically - at any time should I have concerns for display stability or anything which would adversely affect the visual appearance of the finished piece.  Where I feel dummy sections/components are required to create the effect of great height with better stability, the client will be informed in advance.  Often, I employ the use of supports such as dowels or skewers in cakes which again, the client will be made fully aware of.

Damage Disclaimer:Please note that No liability is accepted by OrderTheCake.co.uk and Sarah Adams for damage sustained to cakes after delivery and set up at the venue or should the cake be moved or handled by venue staff following the set-up procedure.

Where is OrderTheCake.co.uk?I am located in Cheshire and deliver and set up each cake personally. I do not use couriersunless they specialise in the transport of bespoke cakes, for which a charge would be due and appropriate disclaimers acknowledged.

Cake stand/base/separator hireA deposit is required prior to hire and is reimbursed upon undamaged and safe return.  Many venues have their own stock of cake stands, if not - no problem, I will source the appropriate platform for your cake.
