"Cake Flavours..."

Firstly - all cakes are not borrr-rrrinngg, thin industry depth, they are torted, double-depth and often deeper cakes.

Secondly, the flavours below are not the only ones to choose from - just let me know your favourite and its as good as baked...

"Moulin Rouge"....Dense very moist torted Belgian chocolate mud cake (Top secret recipe)

"Trocadero"....Moist fruit cake with pistachios & apricots

"Notre Dame"....Ultimate luxury Highland recipe moist fruit cake drenched with choice of spirits

"Versailles"....Fresh moist torted lemon or orange sponge

"Blanche"....Pure moist Madagascan vanilla torted madeira sponge

"Pigalle"... Amazing moist carrot and pecan/walnut cake with orange and mascarpone topping

Sponge cakes can be filled and covered with any of the following: Belgian plain/milk/white chocolate truffle ganache (or a sweet whipped version) or a conserve of your choice with fresh unsalted buttercream.  Fruit cakes are covered with neutral coloured high almond content marzipan
